1. Conditions of use

1.1. The Company shall mean CAPIOTOUCH T/A PERFECT PLACES SA with registration no: CK. 09/219932/23 Perfect Places acts as agent for and on behalf of the client/host in procuring the accommodation/services.

1.2. Accommodation offered are carefully screened and selected Private homes, Guest houses, B&B's and Excutive Private homes for Rent.

1.3 Hospitality

Hospitality offers:

• Breakfast included at the listed price - PPN (per person per night sharing)
  or
• Breakfast and Dinner can be included at the listed price - PPN
• To Let homes, cottages and shared apartments
• All accommodation will be serviced
• Bookings for 7 days and more will include FREE transport to and from the Airport

Other services Offered that can be arranged with your host:

• Laundry
• Transport to shopping malls and Pubs and venues
• Sightseeing
• Shopping
• Entertainment etc.

1.4 Guest House / B&B / Exec. Private Homes / Bed Packers

1.5 Tours and One Day Trips

Our website will offer a variety of Tours and one day trips to exciting – and Must visit destinations. Bookings will be taken by Perfect Places and discounts will be afforded to our guests.

2. Bookings

2.1. Booking enquiries can be submitted on the bookings page or by emailing us at perfectplaces.sa@telkomsa.net or alice.kib@telkomsa.net. All emails, queries, bookings will be responded to by email or telephone by Perfect Places. All quotations given by Perfect Places will be in writing by a member of Perfect Places, and will be in the currency of South African Rand. Acceptance of any quotation by a client will be in writing.

2.2. In order to secure a provisional reservation for the accommodation, the client shall complete in writing and dispatch to Perfect places the booking reservation form. Simultaneously, the client shall pay Perfect Places a deposit of 50% of the quoted cost for the accommodation. In the event of the deposit not being paid, the provisional booking shall lapse.

2.3. The full Balance must be paid not later than 60 days prior to arrival in South Africa.

2.4. The client shall advise Perfect Places in writing on the booking form of any special requests and stipulate the property number.

3. Payment

3.1. Payments shall be made by the client to Perfect Places SA by way of direct transfer or by credit card. The client shall provide Perfect Places forthwith, upon making any payment, with written proof thereof in the form of a deposit slip, remittance advise or credit card authorization form. The relevant reference number for the booking shall at all times be reflected on the proof of payment.

3.2. All payments due by a client to Perfect Places shall be made no later than three (3) working days or the booking shall lapse.

4. Cancellation

All requests for cancellation will be made in writing by the client to Perfect Places and shall only be effective on date of receipt by Perfect Places. The following cancellation fees will be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to the total booking cost.

If cancelled up to:

• 60 days prior to arrival 50% of the Total cost will be refunded
• 59 days and less notice – no refund of the Total booking cost shall be made

5. Insurance

5.1. The client will be responsible for arranging and effecting adequate insurance cover to ensure that he carries comprehensive travel and medical cover which should include expenses associated with cancellation or curtailment of a booking reservation; emergency evacuation and medical expenses; personal injury; repatriation expenses; damage / theft / loss of personal baggage, money, goods.

5.2. Perfect Places, its members, employees, representatives and members shall not be responsible for any costs, losses incurred or suffered by a client with regard to, but not limited to, the above eventualities or be liable for acts and omissions of the relevant third party service suppliers concerned.

5.3. Home owners will be compelled to purchase the applicable liability covers for the duration of the event.

6. Undertaking

Perfect Places will endeavour to please their guests, and provide them with suitable and safe accommodation and set up a Call centre for Complaints and Emergencies.

7. Variation

No variation or alteration of these standard terms and conditions of contract shall be binding on Perfect Places unless embodied in a written document signed by a member of Perfect Places. Any purported variation or alteration of these standard terms and conditions of contract otherwise than as set out above shall be of no force or effect, whether such purported variation is written or oral, or a combination of both.
